So when I had mono I lost 12 pounds, I managed to keep the weight off for awhile. But over the whole break I think I gained about 18 pounds. Not even joking. Starting tomorrow, no more sodas or ice cream or cake (which makes it quite difficult because I work in a bakery -____-) I’m working out atleast 3 days a week, alongside having dance practice every morning for 5 days a week. And no pizza or hamburgers. Only baked chips. And reducing my food take should help as well. Let’s hope I lose atleast the 12 pounds I initially lost when I had mono and the rest can be done hopefully.
